ok, but consider this radical concept: both bi and gay people face oppression for being bi/gay. their experiences sometimes overlap, sometimes they don’t. gay people can be biphobic & bi people can be homophobic. that does not mean either of said group oppresses/has privilege over the other. shocking, I know.
